What is different about opening here
- No municipal layer at all. The occupational license that Abbeville and Kaplan require does not exist for the parish’s rural areas. One fewer office, one fewer fee, one fewer renewal.
- Everything official is 40 miles away. Abbeville holds the parish offices, most banks and most suppliers. Build that drive into your operating costs rather than discovering it later.
